  • I can’t find / I lost / I never received my ticket!! What to do?

  • All tickets are on my name / my friend’s name. Is that a problem?

    Please contact the ticket provider and change the names to reflect each person’s name.

  • Can I cancel my ticket order / Can I have my ticket refunded?

    If you want to sell your tickets for one of our events, you can do this safely via the official resale platform from our  ticketpartner Seetickets (previously known as Paylogic).

  • Are lockers available at Luminosity Events?

    Yes, usually there are lockers available for a deposit fee which is refunded to you once the key is returned.

    Medium locker: 30 cm wide, 24 cm high and 40 cm deep
    XL locker: 30 cm wide, 38 cm high and 40 cm deep

  • Can I request artists to be booked for Luminosity events?

    We can not guarantee we will invite the artist(s), but we will consider them for sure, so please do let us know.

  • Are group discounts available?

    Sometimes. Please ask us at info@luminosity-events.nl for a particular event you are interested in.

  • Press requests

  • I am below 18. Can I enter at Luminosity events?

    Our events are strictly 18+, so unfortunately you can’t enter our events if you are below 18.

  • Line-up phases and ticket phases? What are these?

    We announce the DJs in phases, usually phase 1 to 4 or 5. These phases are not related to the days the announced artists play, i.e. if Paul van Dyk is announced in phase 4, that doesn’t mean he will play on day 4, which is Sunday. Please check out the day schedule for more info on which days which artists will be playing. The schedule for #LBF22 can be found here: https://luminosity-events.nl/lbf22-last-info-updates/

    We also sell tickets in phases, that is the phase 1 tickets are the cheapest, then we have phase 2 tickets that are slightly more expensive than phase 1 and so on until these phases are sold out and the regular price comes in. So the earlier you book your ticket, the better and the cheaper it is 🙂

  • How do I pay at the event for drinks/food?

    This year’s Luminosity Beach Festival will be using a cashless payment system. You can pay for food and drinks with your credit card, debit card or a cash card.

    A cash card is a pre-loaded, reusable payment card that replaces the use of cash at the registers.

    If you wish to purchase a cash card at the festival, you can do so with a credit card, debit card or with cash.

    If you purchased tokens or a payment card online then please make sure to collect these at the payment card desk at the festival area.

  • Is there any public transport to the venue?

    Yes, you can use public transport to get to the event venue.

    This year the Luminosity Beach Festival 2023 will take place at Bernie’s Beach Club in Zandvoort (Boulevard Barnaart 65, 2041 JA, Zandvoort, The Netherlands). We would recommend visitors of the festival to come with public transport if possible.

    Zandvoort has a trainstation and there is a bus stop (bus line 81 or 84) right in front of the venue. You can plan your trip via https://9292.nl (English available as well). If you prefer to walk, it takes about 30 minutes to walk from the trainstation of Zandvoort to Bernie’s Beachclub.

    Parking:
    If you come by car, please keep in mind that especially during sunny days the beach is a very busy place for tourists! This means the boulevard only has a limited amount of parking spots available.

  • Will there be lockers available?

    Yes, there are lockers available for a deposit fee which is returned to you once the key is returned. You can pre-order lockers for LBF24 here. When buying a locker for multiple days we advice to take out your belongings everyday before leaving the festival site. Items lost in the lockers are not covered by insurance.

  • Are we allowed to leave the festival and go back in?

    This year’s Luminosity Beach Festival will have NO RE-ENTRY!
    This means that if you want to leave the festival, you will not be allowed to come back in. All visitors with a 4-day ticket will need to have their ticket scanned daily to allow entry to the event.

    There will be spots to sit down / chill out and of course we have several places where you can get all kinds of food and drinks.

    We can not guarantee we will invite the artist(s) as we are full for most of the events to current date, but we will consider them for the future events, so please do let us know.

  • Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

    Please keep in mind the event is being held at the beach, so there will be lots of sand everywhere. There is a concrete path from the entrance going downstairs to the beach and the floors of the areas are mostly covered with wood, however it may not be very comfortable.

  • Will there be an accessible toilet?

    Yes, a special accessible toilet will be available on a spot, available to everyone who needs it.

  • Do I need to provide a COVID 19 test / show that I'm vaccinated?

    No, this is not necessary anymore.

  • How can I pay for my food and drinks?

  • Can I bring sunscreen to the festival?

    This year we will have 2 sunscreen dispenser poles available at the festival, which are there to provide free sunscreen for all our visitors. Besides that we will make sure to have sunscreen available (also for sensitive skin!) at the merchandise stand, first aid and at the toilets. Also the KWF Dutch Cancer Society will be at the festival this year with a stand.

    If you want to bring your own sunscreen, please note that we only allow packaging not exceeding 100 ml. If you have to bring your own sunscreen due to medical reasons, kindly make sure to provide us with a doctor’s note with all details, so the security team can check  this at the entrance.
