Yes, re-entry is possible only via the seaside re-entry point, and only for visitors who have already entered the festival. The seaside re-entry passage is open from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, unless stated otherwise by the organization.

Liquids are generally not allowed. If you require liquids for medical reasons, you must email info@luminosity-events.nl at least two weeks before the festival with certified medical documentation.

No. Bringing food or drinks into the festival is not allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):
flares, flammable liquids, weapons, markers, glassware, drinks in plastic or cans, laughing gas, umbrellas, football shirts or motorcycle jackets linked to OMGs, drugs and any items deemed unsafe by security.

No. Bags, backpacks, purses and large items are not allowed. Only small lap bags with a maximum capacity of 1 liter are permitted and must be worn tightly to the body at all times.

Yes. By entering a Luminosity Event, all visitors, artists and crew agree that Luminosity Events may request, use, edit and publish recordings made on the event grounds for promotional, commercial, editorial or archival purposes without compensation.

Please approach any member of staff, security or stewards immediately. They are there to help and ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Luminosity Events has a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, intimidation, hate speech, unwanted physical contact or threatening behaviour. Anyone engaging in such behaviour may be removed immediately without refund.

All Luminosity Events operate under the Dutch zero-tolerance policy. Possession, use or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the event and possible involvement of the police.

Every year it’s possible to buy physical early bird tickets at our merchandise stand – our staff clearly instructs everyone to take a picture of their ticket to prevent loss. With a clear picture of your hardcopy ticket it’s possible to enter the festival. If you’ve lost your hardcopy ticket there’s unfortunately nothing we can do!

This year’s Luminosity Beach Festival will be using a cashless payment system. You can pay for food and drinks with your credit card, debit card or a cash card.

A cash card is a pre-loaded, reusable payment card that replaces the use of cash at the registers.

If you wish to purchase a cash card at the festival, you can do so with a credit card, debit card or with cash.

If you purchased tokens or a payment card online then please make sure to collect these at the payment card desk at the festival area.

Yes, you can use public transport to get to the event venue.

This year the Luminosity Beach Festival 2023 will take place at Bernie’s Beach Club in Zandvoort (Boulevard Barnaart 65, 2041 JA, Zandvoort, The Netherlands). We would recommend visitors of the festival to come with public transport if possible.

Zandvoort has a trainstation and there is a bus stop (bus line 81 or 84) right in front of the venue. You can plan your trip via https://9292.nl (English available as well). If you prefer to walk, it takes about 30 minutes to walk from the trainstation of Zandvoort to Bernie’s Beachclub.

Parking:
If you come by car, please keep in mind that especially during sunny days the beach is a very busy place for tourists! This means the boulevard only has a limited amount of parking spots available.

Our events are strictly 18+, so unfortunately you can’t enter our events if you are below 18.

#For Luminosity Beach Festival Please keep in mind the event is being held at the beach, so there will be lots of sand everywhere. There is a concrete path from the entrance going downstairs to the beach and the floors of the areas are mostly covered with wood, however it may not be very comfortable.

We announce the DJs in phases, usually phase 1 to 4 or 5. These phases are not related to the days the announced artists play, i.e. if Paul van Dyk is announced in phase 4, that doesn’t mean he will play on day 4, which is Sunday. Please check out the day schedule for more info on which days which artists will be playing. The schedule for #LBF22 can be found here: https://luminosity-events.nl/lbf22-last-info-updates/ We also sell tickets in phases, that is the phase 1 tickets are the cheapest, then we have phase 2 tickets that are slightly more expensive than phase 1 and so on until these phases are sold out and the regular price comes in. So the earlier you book your ticket, the better and the cheaper it is 🙂

Yes, a special accessible toilet will be available on a spot, available to everyone who needs it.

This year we will have 2 sunscreen dispenser poles available at the festival, which are there to provide free sunscreen for all our visitors. Besides that we will make sure to have sunscreen available (also for sensitive skin!) at the merchandise stand, first aid and at the toilets. Also the KWF Dutch Cancer Society will be at the festival this year with a stand. If you want to bring your own sunscreen, please note that we only allow packaging not exceeding 100 ml. If you have to bring your own sunscreen due to medical reasons, kindly make sure to provide us with a doctor’s note with all details, so the security team can check  this at the entrance.
