Please read the below carefully in order to use the waiting list. With this feature, ticketholders who no longer can join the fun can sell their ticket via our own secure platform. This way, fans who are still looking for tickets can buy tickets directly from other fans.
I WANT TO SELL MY TICKET
Go to your order confirmation e-mail and click on ‘order status’. Can’t find your tickets? Click here.
Click on your order and select the option “Return”.
Select the tickets you want to return and click “Next” to confirm. You can always withdraw your offer until your tickets have been sold.
As soon as there’s a match with a request, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price via the payment method you’ve used during check-out. Service fees will not be refunded.
Make a request for the tickets you would like to purchase. You need to purchase the full request, so please keep this in mind when selecting the tickets for your request. Doubting which day you want to go? You can also make multiple requests. You are not obliged to complete all your requests.
If there is a match, you’ll get an email to pay for the tickets and complete your order request. PLEASE NOTE: you have 48 hours to complete your request if there is a match. After 48 hours, the next person in the waiting list will get the chance to purchase these tickets, so be quick!
